Is there a free trial? +
AxioGlobe is currently in pre-build technical design — which means there is nothing to trial yet. Once the platform launches, waitlist members will receive early access before the public. Join the waitlist now to secure your place and be first in line when access opens.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Once live, every AxioGlobe subscription will be month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel any time — no cancellation fees and no notice period required.
Does AxioGlobe take a commission on projects? +
Never. AxioGlobe charges a flat monthly subscription — not a percentage of your project value, your variation orders, your fee income, or your sales. The only additional charges are small processing fees on specific transactions — and only when those transactions happen. If no bids are submitted, no bid processing fee is charged.
Does AxioGlobe work with ArchiCAD 29? +
AxioGlobe is being designed for the latest version of ArchiCAD. Since the platform is still in pre-build technical design, the specific SDK version will be confirmed when development begins. ArchiCAD 30 is expected in October 2026 — AxioGlobe will be built to support the current version at the time of launch.
How does AxioGlobe handle escrow and payments? +
AxioGlobe is designed to partner with a licensed payment service provider to hold project funds in escrow and release them on milestone confirmation by both parties. All platform transactions will be logged with timestamps and stored permanently. The specific payment partner and escrow structure will be confirmed before launch. AxioGlobe itself does not hold client funds.
Is pricing the same globally or does it vary by country? +
AxioGlobe's primary billing currency is GBP (£) for UK and EU markets. South African customers will be billed in ZAR at the prevailing exchange rate. UAE customers will be billed in AED. Local pricing will be published when the platform launches in each market. The subscription amounts above are GBP equivalents.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your project data, PEER profile, and GDL objects remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all your data in standard formats (IFC, CSV, PDF) before your account closes. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. AxioGlobe does not sell or transfer your data to third parties under any circumstances.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-month? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new features become available immediately. The price difference is prorated for the remaining days of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
Is there a discount for annual subscriptions? +
Annual subscriptions receive two months free — effectively a 17% discount versus monthly billing. Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Annual pricing will be published when the platform launches.
How does the GDL Validation Engine process manufacturer products? +
Manufacturers upload their product PDFs, CAD data, and specification sheets to AxioGlobe. The GDL Validation Engine processes each product through five AI passes — document intelligence, geometry extraction, performance data verification, global code compliance, and parametric range testing. Products that pass all five checks are published to the ArchiCAD library within 48 hours of upload. Products that fail are returned to the manufacturer with specific feedback on what needs to be corrected.
