Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. Annual plans cancel at the end of the billing year. No penalty, no lock-in. Your PEER profile and project history remain accessible in read-only mode after cancellation.

No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at the applicable rate for your jurisdiction (UK: 20%, SA: 15%, UAE: 5%). B2B subscribers can reclaim VAT in their jurisdiction.

The Axverse plugin requires ArchiCAD. However, the PEER platform, manufacturer dashboard, and contractor mobile app are fully accessible without ArchiCAD. Engineers, contractors, and manufacturers can use their full dashboards from any browser or mobile device.

Axioglobe Escrow holds project funds and releases them on milestone confirmation by both parties. All escrow transactions are logged with timestamps and are legally admissible. Fees are flat-rate platform processing charges — not financial intermediation. Funds are held by our licensed payment processor.
