For Contractors

You carry the most risk.
You deserve the best information.

Contractors carry the physical and legal liability for everything built. AxioGlobe is being designed as the information policy that costs less than one hour of rework — giving you the right drawing, the right spec, and the right delivery at the right time.

AxioGlobe is currently in pre-build technical design — nothing below is live yet.

Where we are today: AxioGlobe is a solo-founder project in pre-build technical design. Every feature described below is clearly labeled as planned. Nothing on this page is currently deployed or available to use. Join the waitlist to be notified when beta access opens.

The 10 Planned Contractor Tools

What AxioGlobe is being built to do for youPLANNED

Ten tools designed around the real operational problems contractors face on site every day — drawing changes, delivery confusion, variation disputes, defect documentation, and safety compliance. Each tool is separate, specific, and solves one problem completely.

📋

Live drawing alert systemPlanned

Stop building from last Tuesday's drawings

The intended design: every time an architect makes a change to the model, the affected trade contractor receives a push notification within seconds — not a weekly drawing issue, not an email buried in an inbox. A specific alert telling you exactly what changed, on which floor, in which zone.

The notification would include: what element changed, what the new specification is, which trade is affected, and a one-tap acknowledgement that creates a timestamped legal record of when you were informed.
🦺

Safety brief generatorPlanned

Product-specific briefs, not generic RAMS documents

The design goal: a daily safety brief delivered to every operative's phone by 06:00, generated automatically from the actual products being installed that day — not a generic RAMS document that covers everything and therefore nothing. Every brief references the specific product, its specific weight, its specific PPE requirements.

Briefs would be generated overnight from the construction programme — specific to each trade, each floor, each product. Operatives sign off digitally before work starts. All records stored and exportable for HSE compliance.
📝

Variation capture toolPlanned

Every scope change logged before work starts

The intended design: every time the architect modifies an element in the model, AxioGlobe detects whether that change represents additional scope for the contractor. If it does, a variation notice is automatically drafted — with the scope description, the quantity from the model, and a cost field for the contractor to complete.

The variation is submitted digitally to the architect or contract administrator for written approval before work starts. Accepted variations are stored with full evidence: model element, timestamp, original spec, new spec, approval record.
🚚

Material delivery trackerPlanned

Know where your materials are — on a live map

The design: a GPS delivery tracker purpose-built for construction site materials (planned). The moment a manufacturer dispatches an order, the vehicle appears on a live map — showing the driver name, vehicle registration, real-time ETA, and the full product manifest — all visible on your phone before the truck reaches the gate.

When the vehicle enters the site geofence (planned 500m radius), you receive an automatic notification. On arrival, you scan the product QR codes to verify the delivery against the specification. Accept or reject the delivery digitally — the manufacturer is notified immediately.
👷

Subcontractor sequencing toolPlanned

The right trade in the right place at the right time

The design: trade sequencing generated automatically from the construction programme and model — showing each subcontractor exactly which floor, which zone, and which element sequence is ready for them, based on what preceding trades have completed and signed off.

When a preceding trade completes and signs off a section, the next trade is automatically notified that their work front is ready. No morning meetings to relay information that the model already contains.
📸

Defect documentation toolPlanned

Every defect linked to the element, the installer, and the delivery

The design: when a defect is found, scan the QR code on the element or nearby. AxioGlobe links the defect automatically to the model element, the installer record, the delivery record, and the product specification. The responsibility chain is established without argument.

Defect photos are geotagged and timestamped. The defect is assigned to the responsible party automatically. Response deadlines are set. Escalation alerts fire if deadlines are missed. The entire record is exportable for dispute resolution.
🏗

Concrete pour managerPlanned

Pour records, cube results, and propping schedules in one place

The design: every concrete pour is logged against the model element — date, time, mix design, volume, batch numbers, cube sample references, and curing conditions. Cube test results are linked to the pour when they arrive from the lab.

Propping schedules are calculated from the slab design and linked to the programme. Strike-off dates are flagged when cube results confirm sufficient strength. All records form the permanent structural certification document.

Snag list generatorPlanned

From model to snag list to sign-off — automatically

The design: snag items are logged by scanning the QR code on any element, adding a photo description, and assigning it to the responsible trade. All snags are linked to the model element — so the snag list is organised by floor, zone, and trade automatically, not by whoever typed it in.

Trades sign off completed snags digitally. The project manager sees live snag completion rates by trade and by zone. The defect liability period clock starts from the sign-off record — timestamped and contractor-acknowledged.
🔄

As-built model updaterPlanned

What was actually built, not what was designed

The design: contractors log deviations from the design model as they occur — a wall moved 50mm, a pipe relocated around an obstruction, a beam deepened for revised loading. Each deviation is recorded against the model element with the reason, the approver, and the new dimension.

The as-built record is attached to the project model. At handover, the client receives a verified as-built model, not a set of paper markups or an unverified contractor claim. This forms the digital O&M document from day one of occupation.
♻️

Site waste trackerPlanned

Real waste data for BREEAM, LEED, and ESG reporting

The design: every waste skip load is logged by type, weight, and disposal route — linked to the model elements that generated it. Waste diversion rates are calculated automatically. BREEAM and LEED waste credit documentation is produced from the log with no additional manual reporting.

Developers increasingly require verified ESG waste data at practical completion. This tool provides that data as a byproduct of normal site operations — no separate reporting system, no data entry after the fact.

The live delivery tracker — how it's designed to workPLANNED

GPS delivery tracking purpose-built for construction (planned). Both the contractor and the manufacturer will see the same map simultaneously — from dispatch to site acceptance.

01
Manufacturer dispatches
Delivery record created — driver, vehicle, products, destination all logged
02
GPS tracking (planned)
Driver app broadcasts position. Truck appears on your map. ETA updates live.
03
Geofence alert
Site foreman notified when truck enters 500m of site. Drive time = unload prep time.
04
QR scan acceptance
Scan products against spec on arrival. Accept or reject digitally. Manufacturer notified immediately.
Digital Handover

What's also planned at project completionPLANNED

Every AxioGlobe project is designed to produce a complete digital handover package automatically — from the data logged during construction, with no additional reporting work.

📊

Complete COBie asset register from the model

Every component has a UUID matching the QR code. Warranty and maintenance schedules built in before construction begins — no manual tagging list at the end.

🗺

FM-Mode — GPU 3-flag view for facility managers

An ArchiCAD site-disappears view showing only actionable assets, with live badges for flow rate, predicted service dates, and PDF manual links.

📜

As-built model with all deviations recorded

What was actually built vs what was designed — every deviation logged, approved, and attached to the model element during construction.

♻️

Verified waste and carbon data

BREEAM, LEED, and ESG waste diversion data produced from site logs automatically. No separate reporting, no manual collation at practical completion.

The Difference

Your site without AxioGlobe vs with it

❌   Without AxioGlobe
😤 A wall moved on Tuesday. You find out on Friday when the surveyor calls. You've already tiled it.
💸 You do extra work. Client says it was in the contract. You have no written record it was a new instruction.
📞 Delivery truck calls from the site gate. Nobody knew it was coming. No crane, no forklift, driver waits 2 hours.
🤷 A defect is found at handover. You, the manufacturer, and the installer all blame each other. No paper trail.
📦 Wrong product delivered. It matches the old drawing revision. Nobody told procurement about the change.
✓   With AxioGlobe (planned)
Wall moves in ArchiCAD. Your phone notifies you within seconds. You acknowledge before tiling starts.
💰 Every instruction logged and acknowledged digitally before work starts. Every extra is a signed variation.
🗺 You see the truck on a live map from the moment it leaves the warehouse. Unloading crew ready on arrival.
📸 Defect linked to element, installer record, and delivery receipt automatically. Responsibility established instantly.
Delivery verified against the current model spec on arrival. Wrong product rejected before it's unloaded.
